Laura Johns

Laura Johns is the founder and CEO of The Business Growers, a marketing firm specializing in helping Managed Services Providers (MSPs), IT companies, and telecommunication providers grow revenue.

A recognized industry expert, Laura is the author of “Know Grow Scale: The Digital Marketing Blueprint for Growing Your MSP or IT Business.” For over 20 years, Laura has managed marketing efforts for companies ranging from tech startups to global, multi-billion dollar businesses. She spent nearly half her career serving as a corporate marketing executive in the telecommunications industry before starting The Business Growers.

Laura was recently named the 2024 winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Best Female Entrepreneur – Small Business category in the 21st annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. In her home state of Mississippi, she has been honored as “Top 50 under 40” and “Top 50 Leading Women in Business.”
